Early on in Nina Edward‘s 17-year career as an Registered Massage Therapist in BC, she discovered how one’s physical posture and alignment directly relate to an assortment of common injuries. These issues may include overuse of the shoulders, neck, or lower back; acute injuries in the areas around the hips, knees, and ribs; chronic pain and headaches; and some of the discomforts of pregnancy.
During treatment, Nina uses her skilled focus in the forms of myofascial release, ligamentous, and joint work, Swedish massage, as well as various trigger point techniques. She is passionate about reviving postural balance through her hands-on treatment approach, and further re-educating the body through strength, stretching, and exercise home care-based programs.
