Kryssen Carey is a born & largely-raised islander with a love for plants, games like Cribbage, scuba diving & animals – especially dogs! She graduated from the Camosun College Massage Therapy Diploma program and has found her calling in health care after a decade in the customer service industry.

As a young teenager, Kryssen began experiencing week-long migraine spells coupled with intense low back/hip pain. For 2 years she was prescribed a plethora of intense pain medications and nothing more. When introduced to therapeutic modalities like massage therapy, her life changed! This experience drives her to create a space where Eastern & Western healing practices come together to bring about the best possible healing experience.

Whether addressing chronic pain, stress relief, or end-of-life care, Kryssen strives to create a safe, positive, and comfortable environment through therapeutic touch, attentive listening, and an empathetic heart to every treatment.

Areas of interest include: chronic pain, trigger point release, deep pressure massage, top surgery/mastectomy scar tissue and systemic conditions, senior care (including palliative)
