Jada first discovered her passion for the human body and its healing through her yoga teacher training. While teaching yoga, she discovered the body’s innate desire to heal and repair itself, which lead to a growing curiosity and training in manual therapy.
She has since developed a skilled focus for neurological pathologies, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and sports injury/prevention, among many more.
Clients can expect a thorough assessment before treatment, to better understand their needs, as well as effective home-care instructions that the client can integrate at work or at home, such as strengthening and stretching routines.
Jada believes whole heartedly that manual therapy is simply one step towards optimal health and mobility, and when we empower ourselves to take wellness into our own hands- this is when the healing process becomes accelerated.
